Hi i am 31 years old. I want to know what should i drink or eat once i wake up in the morning which will keep me energised and active and strong whole day.

Hello.  There is no single food which can  solvev all your requirements.  Eat regular breakfasts with carbohydrates proteins and fats.  You can have food what you are accustomed to  like idly doda pongal etc.  You can also have a full meal by 10:30am if you have time at that time.
