Morning Diarrhoea followed by weakness
Sometimes I suffer from morning Diarrhoea which makes me want to hit the loo like 3-4 times . This is eventually followed by weakness and tiredness.
What is the cause of this and how can I fix it?
I don't have anemia or thyroid.
