More weight gain in baby
Hi, my baby was delivered at 37 weeks 4 days through c-section. I had fetal macrosomia and polyhydramnios. his birth weight was 3.83kg. now he is 2.5months old his weight is 6.5kg. he is on mixed feeding. I. worried about his weight  and scared whether he gets diabetes as scanning doctor told us he may be diabetic. is thet true? please suggest.

No one can predict if your baby will get diabetes or not. It depends on a number of factors like lifestyle habits, genetics etc etc. Regarding baby's present weight... Most babies double their birth weight by 5 to 6 months of age. Ideally it is better to exclusively breastfeed your baby. Overfeeding may occur when formula feeds are given.
