Morbid Obesity
I am a obese person. I get cravings for tasty food everytime i think of eating. I eat alot of high calorie food. I dont exercise. I dont like nutritious foods..basically i eat food that taste well and that are not healthy..nd also i eat outside food alot. Before 4years i didnt have this habbit of eating outside then also i was a little overweight but in these four years i have started eating alot outside during my college life and i also have started eating chicken and i eat it alot now. And since after staring chicken my weight has increased drastically from 90kgs to 116kgs. Now i just have cravings for tasty food i get bored with regular home made meals and i eat them in big quantities. Please help me i wanna look good bt i cant..its abt having a strong will power but i lack it.

Hi I can see that u know that you and habits, tour are also aware that your foods habits are not suitable with you rather increase weight. So u v to control your mind which is related all our brain. Otherwise you have to go for any counselling by which u could be in a stream line of your control of bad habits. Further u need rigorous exercises like free hand, cardio, skipped, jogging, or some outdoor level game as you are going in age. Low calorie meals within 1400 kcal per you need to plan for food intake. Visit specialist as I guided.

I appreciate your decision. U need 41 KGS weight loss in your change we usually crave for taste. It is not like that tasty food is not healthy and healthy food can't be tasty it depends upon the culinary skills of chef. Take a course of 6 months plan from diet counsellor. You need proper consultation and lifestyle management counselling. Dnt think just go for it
