Mental health issues are treatable conditions. Left untreated, it affects ur overall quality of life. Earlier treatment has better outcome. U need not suffer.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.

If it's from past three weeks, it is advisable to check the trigger or a particular cause that contributed your current emotional distress.
It's also good to figure out what's 'hopeless' in your life or going not that well in your relationships... meeting a counselling psychologist is advised
