Mood swings and sleeping disorder
I have been feeling frequent mood swings since last 3 weeks. I get way too much agressive at times and sometimes i remain calm. My sleeping pattern has also changed. Either i dont sleep at all or i sleep a lot. People say i have started speaking less. Also, at times i just keep on crying for hours. Sometimes i feel very high on energy and positive and then suddenly my mood drops. I was diagnosed with depression in november.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
