I feel worthlessness, not enjoying life,irritation,anger,I can't tolerate high sounds,can't have quick thought process,get confused,difficulty in quick decision making,memory loss,can't remember things,blurred vision ,numbness in left foot,stiff back neck & shoulder,pain radiating to head,pain is always there,plz advic

Hi.
I'm sorry to hear about your trouble. Though depressive disorder does seem likely, I think you need to undergo a thorough evaluation for possible physical causes contributing to your symptoms. There are a lot of conditions that can masquerade or add to the debility arising from depression,  and these often slow down or prevent recovery. I advise you to undergo a comprehensive evaluation by a psychiatrist.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a depressive disorder. It can be treated effectively with medications and psychotherapy. Please consult a psychiatrist to get yourself treated.
