Monotoux test range 16mm to 22 mm
Hi all, I Have tested monotoux . And my report shows positive and range is 16mm to 22mm. What does it means. am I infected with TB. ?

It only means you have been exposed to the mycobacterium tuberculosis bacteria in past . Mantoux positive does not confirms an active TB infection. Need to correlate clinically. If you have symptoms then will have to confirm with other tests like. Chest x-ray...AFB.... CBNAAT....ESR etc.
