Mononuclear cells
What is mononuclear cells? My semen report reflects that few mononuclear cells(6-7/hpf) are seen. Do I need to worry? Briefing of report:- TSC- 68 millions/ml of semen Motility- 59% are actively motile with progressive tail movements and 8% are having erratic, slow non progressive tail movements.

Your report is very good sir. There is no mononuclear cells I think . These are most likely a few immature spermatids.
Next Steps
If you don’t have urethral discharge or fever or prostatic tenderness there is nothing to worry
