Mom has low bp
My mom bp is 110/60. She feels tired at evening. Her teeth is not strong so she can't eat hard items. How can she be healthy?

Hello. She should get her teeth strong first. She can have 10ml of melted cow ghee processed with ginger on empty stomach with 20 ml of hot water, which improves her digestion process. Later the nutrition will be good. She has to drink a glassful of diluted hot milk at bed time, churned buttermilk after lunch and warm water on empty stomach. This should help her a lot in improving nutution. She can also do Suryanamaskar 6 rounds and nadishuddhi pranayam for 10 mins.
