Hello there. I can understand your concern but I need to know if you are suffering from any symptoms like weakness, dizziness, fatigue etc? If you are symptomatically fine and have no issues, then its normal for you. I'm not saying it's abnormal, but it's normal for you. If you are suffering from any symptoms then it could be hypotension. The pulse rate can be anywhere from 70-100 normally. It increases in stress, excercise, fever etc. Pulse decreases a bit in sleep, meditation etc. Drink lots of water. Have a high protein diet along with lots of fruits and vegetables and you will be fine. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.

It should not be a problem. For few persons it might be just normal.
