Mole on neck
Hello All, I have a mole on my neck , it just came 3 months back. It is white in color and partially cut often while shaving. Also, looks very awkward. My question is how to get this removed and can it be a symptom of cancer or something which needs to be taken up with specialist? Please comment , I live in Wagholi in Pune. Please also tell what should be the ideal cost of getting it removed. Attaching pic of same. Thanks Puneet
