Mole in leg

I have developed a big mole kind of a thing in my leg . I am confused what it is. It was tiny initially and now it has grown big. Sometimes i feel I can pull it off but it doesn't come out. I have attached a pic of this. Please tell me what is this? And is it serious coz it's bothering me a lot mentally.

Nothing to worry about its just a mole as you said. If it is bothering you cosmetically you can have it removed. It is not harmful if left alone as well. If it is growing constantly then you can have it checked once; otherwise nothing to worry about
