Molar pain in an already filled molar.
One of my molar is paining from yesterday.... It was destroyed by cavities..... N I have taken filling treatment for it... But now suddenly it starts paining... I think filling is cracked now.

If it is paining that means the time of filling is over and the decay has progressed deep inside , consult a nearby dentist , he will examine and I think it might go for RCT and your tooth can be saved otherwise if u leave it for a long time the varied progress and tooth cannot be saved and finally it may go for extraction , I think this is the right time to visit nearby dentist and have a checkup , pain does not subside by medication, necessary treatment has to be done
