Titanium is the most biocompatible metal known. So that is not a problem. Regarding longevity of implants it's difficult to say.
The first titanium dental implant was placed in a human volunteer in 1965, by an orthopedic surgeon named Branemark. However they have not been in mainstream use for more than 30 odd years. In 1986, only one endosseous
implant, the Biotes
was accepted by the ADA. Even up to this period, the ADA
believed that there was a need for continued scientific review
and recommended restricted use of them for routine clinical use.
However they should last you for many years as long as you maintain good oral hygiene and make regular dental visits

Hello sir, you don't have to worry about any complications because there won't be any such complications... At young age, the bone formation and healing will be good, so the best option for replacement of teeth is implants... It will be there for life long...
