you need to consult a periodontist and get it checked. Bone loss could be due to deposits on your teeth or in your gums. get a deep scaling and polishing done. it will be better to see the case clinically for proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Sir, From your question I understand that you have PYORRHEA ( Periodontitis ). In Pyorrhea there is loss of bone between teeth, bleeding from gums, deposition of calculus and stains, on teeth surface and between gums ans teeth, food lodgement between teeth, spaces between teeth, receding gums, loosening of teeth, mobility in teeth/tooth. Any one or few signs fall under Pyorrhea.
