Recently my right testicle has been more mobile than before. I've noticed that the spongy part, epididymis, which usually can be felt on the north pole of both my testicles , slips to the south. What I mean by that is, my right testicle moves by it's vertical axis. Usually I fix it myself, and sometimes I let it be. I'm really scared about Trosion, although I feel no pain. What could be the next steps that I could take?
I can't go to any hospital because my building is sealed, and can't grasp the intensity of the problem.
Please help.

Good evening,
The symptoms you are describing comes under 'bell clapper' deformity of the tesitis, it is prone to torsion, however it is important that you get a physical examination done by the nearest available Urologist
