Hi, I have been going through a lot of these activities... I am so addictive that I use mobile all the time when I am awake... also at night, I try to sleep at 10-11 but i don't get sleep, then i move to porn sites and masturbate. I have tried multiple time to stop this and stopped for months but I get back to it. I have gone through many articles videos that I know pros & cons but i couldn't follow it.. My subconscious mind says "why taking so seriously or why does it need" Let me know, if anyone could help

Hello See too much of anything  is harmful,be it use of mobile just scrolling down the timelines or watching porn both.you should check on your triggers.make use of your time effectively, get into a habit of learning any one new thing everyday.invest your energy in it.it can be as small as a new phrase or cooking anything that keeps you busy. Your subconscious mind will always tell you to stop watching or using the phone and do something worthy if you listen to it wisely.dont force your self to not watch just get involve in something  else.
Next Steps
please practice relaxation exercises, like muscle relaxation and deep breathing, that helps.
Health Tips
during these times when most of us at homes and working virtually  phone usage has increased  everywhere so you can not completely avoid it but make a healthy routine.
