Mitral valve prolapse
Hello docter! My age is 25, while iam 23 years old iam diagnosed with Mitral valve prolapse. Current condition is trivial mitral regurgitation LVEF-67%. Can i do skipping, running , jogging, swimming, mountain climbing? What are the do's and dont's?

In your case MVP doesn’t mean much You can do all cardio activities like jogging skipping

Hello, You can do any activity you want. No need to worry. Just keep doing echo every 5 years and rest forget about having any heart disease. Take care. Stay safe.
