Hi sir,
What is meant by mild LV and dilated LA? Recently I got mild stroke,MRI and angiogram done there's no clot but my heart is damaged mild. Is it curable or anything serious? how long we can go like this without operation?

These reports suggest that you have had a heart attack which has reduced your heart pumping capacity and causing left side valve to leak. You need to undergo coronary angiography and opening of the blocked artery in addition to some medications
