Hi, It's all right. You simply can skip the next dose and continue with the remaining doses as suggested. Do take adequate food and water as you can have some heartburn or acidity with a higher dose. Nothing to worry though. Take care

Nothing to worry. Loading dose is 1000 mg so no any problem. Actual dose is three times a day after food.
