We had a protected sex on 24th sep first time and her previous period date was 18th sep as per present day I.e 19th Oct or 20th Oct she doesn't had a period this time on neither 18 or 19 of this month soo what's reason behind it why it is happening

Hello,
Take a urine pregnancy test. Is it's positive then you are pregnant. If it's negative then wait for your periods to arrive. If they do not come then visit a gynecologist and get a beta hCG test done and seek management.

Do urine pregnancy test... If it is negative you can patiently wait till total 40 days.

Hi, as such there is no technical reason for not getting period except anxiety. I feel her cycles are of about 28-30 days interval and your relationship was during safe period with due precautions. So I feel you can wait for few days without tension or can go for urine pregnancy test for your satisfaction.
