If there are chances, do a urine pregnancy test.If not, try to reduce your weight with healthy lifestyle and diet. Also take ovabless twice daily after food for 6 months.

If there are chances of pregnancy do a pregnancy test.. if no pregnancy then its probably because u didn't treat the cause of pcos( weight loss/ life style modification/ diet change) . Harmones/ medicine are nly for symptomatic treatment it won't cure the cause.
Next Steps
harmone profile to confirm.. then lifestyle modification

If you are sexually active, then do urine pregnancy test. If no sexual activity, then wait for a week for menses to start. If you do not get menses within a week, then you need to take medicines to get your menses.
