Missed periods
Recently before 10 days I have an unprotected intimacy, and usually every month I ll get my periods by 6th of every month but this month it is missed, intimated on the date of 1st of this month. As on the 11 there no sign of period Am worried why no period yet Is any food or tablet will help me? Kindly help me getting me period and help me relaxing Note : Penetration not done for much time except for 30 sec and he ejected out side only

Do a pregnancy test to confirm. . If negative then take medicine to induce your period.

Since you are sexually active you need to do a pregnancy test there are no foods that will help you get your periods it is a myth that eating papaya or pineapple will induce bleeding
