You have regular periods. Now you are overdue by 8 days. Your urine test is negative. Please get a Sonography done. If it is negative then you will need withdrawal bleeding.
Next Steps
Please consult me on Practo with sonography report.

As your pregnancy test is negative even after 8 days so now the chances of pregnancy are almost nil. You can wait for your periods for another one week and if you don't get your periods even after 1 week then you can take medicine for your periods and get yourself investigated to know the reason for the delay.
