I have missed my periods this month. Its delayed for now 8 days. Last month I had periods on time. After my last period also I did not have any sexual intercourse. Is there any possible reason for delay?

Hi. If there is no sexual contact after the last periods then preg cannot be there . If it is first time periods are delayed you need not worry . If it is delayed every cycle then you need to chek your hormones .keep excercising daily .
