Hello, Have you gained a lot of body weight? If yes then irregular periods and sudden weight gain are a common symptom of PCOD. Hence, I would suggest that you visit a gynecologist and get yourself evaluated for PCOD. Eat a healthy diet and do regular exercise to get relief from PCOD. You can visit my clinic International Fertility Centre located in New Delhi for further evaluation. My clinic offers varied gynecological treatments and services and ensures that you have a successful treatment. We have a presence of more than 14 centres located across India and Nepal. You can share your contact details to reach you.
