Missed periods
I am married and sexually active. My last periods date is 23rd Jan. I did not get my periods in the month of Feb. My current thyroid report says I have 12.57 TSH. I worked in night shifts and did not sleep well during Feb month. Do I need a pregnancy test or the delay in periods can be due to abnormal thyroid levels and improper sleep cycle. Please advise

Please check for the pregnancy for confirmation. TSH is quite high, you need to repeat it and start the medicine if it is still high.
