I am married and sexually active. My last periods date is 23rd Jan. I did not get my periods in the month of Feb. My current thyroid report says I have 12.57 TSH. I worked in night shifts and did not sleep well during Feb month. Do I need a pregnancy test or the delay in periods can be due to abnormal thyroid levels and improper sleep cycle. Please advise
