Missed Periods
Hi, i used to have PCOD problem. So make my cycle regular, i used to take Hempushpa ayurvedic syrup and cinnamon water daily. Then my periods are  on time. I got married in March 2020. Since then 12 th of every month my menstrual starts. But this July, i didn't get my period. Inspite of that i am feeling mild abdominal pain/cramps daily for some time. Please suggest me how do i proceed next.
