Missed periods
My partner’s last period was on May 24, and she hasn’t had a period since. Her last possible unprotected sex was June 24. Two home pregnancy tests (August 12 and August 21) were negative. Her blood report shows prolactin 35.81 ng/mL and TSH 6.90. She started taking thyroid medication now daily. What could be causing the missed periods, and should we be concerned about pregnancy or the elevated prolactin? It's been so long and do we need to repeat any further tests as the last pregnancy test we used a advance kit

Both an elevated prolactin and a raised TSH can independently delay your periods, and having both together makes hormonal disruption, rather than pregnancy, the more likely explanation here given two negative tests already.
Next Steps
Starting thyroid treatment is the right first move, and your prolactin often improves once thyroid levels normalise, though it should be rechecked after a few weeks.
Health Tips
Please stay under a gynaecologist or endocrinologist's care through this rather than only monitoring blood values at home.
