Missed periods
Hello,
I have missed my periods.
I took urine pregnancy tests with 2 weeks duration in between. All tests were negative.
Why could I then be missing my periods and can I still be pregnant?
I am not on any sort of medication.
I have attached my CBC report if that might give any insight.

There can be many reasons for delayed periods once pregnancy has been ruled out.
Stress is one very common reason leading to delayed menses.
When exactly was your last period? And how many days over due are you?

CBC will not help find out the reason for skipped perid
Whn was day one of period last?
Whn was the last pregnancy test done?
