Missed Period or Pregnant

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I’ve been taking Sertraline 25 mg for about 3 weeks and a couple of days now. I missed my period 2 weeks ago and I’ve been more tired lately with more constant headaches . I am sexually active so I decided to take a pregnancy test which I did. I took 1 pregnancy test more than a week ago and it was negative. Did I miss my period because of the pills I’ve been taking or can I still possibly be pregnant ?
