Missed period
Hello doctors I have been married for 3years last year due to covid I had missed abortion from then my periods are not regular usually it comes 7-10days late  but this time I missed my period n it's late by 24days iam always tired , feeling nausea n dizziness bt 3days ago I took pregnancy test which was negative don't know what to do

Your irregular periods needs investigations and ultrasound scan. U need prescription for your periods to come as urine pregnancy test is negative and 24 days overdue. No need to wait further

Other reasons fr the delay needs to be investigated n treated U need to connect online for a prescription to help u get ur periods n the list of investigations required to find out the reason A delay of more than 7 days is not normal
