Missed period but Negativ Pregnancy Test

My last period was 5th February and we have done sex on 28th February, but period is not coming, but i feel some pain on back and abdominal cramps, I've tested pregnancy 2 days ago but it shown negative. Now I'm very upset what to do. Please help me...
