Missed Period and Pregnancy was negative
I missed my period by 11 days and my pregnancy result shows negative (tried three times). Not sure what is the undelrying cause. I experienced UTI symptoms during this time frame too. Needed help to check if it needs immediate diagnosis or can I wait for some more time.

It's already 10 days . You can either wait for your period or take medicine to induce your period.
