Missed Period & Pregnancy Symptoms

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My wife has missed her period and it's 6th day today. Yesterday we did hcg blood test and it came out 0.30. However, my wife is having morning sickness, nauseous, stomach upset, back pain, fatigue, mild pelvic pain. Please advise.
