Missed miscarriage (abortion)
27 yrs.Got married 2024 feb. After marriage I had Irregular periods for abt 2months I didn't get periods. Later I went to gynac she suggested prolactin blood test.test results were 50..gave medicines..I took blood test again  0.83.Thyroid level spiked 5.taking thyroid medicine of 25mg.hometpwn gynac suggested usg.result pcod.gave 3month course.somewhat period got regular.suggested follicular study.at Jan started follicular study 1st cycle natural.feb gave letrozole for 5days.right ovary one follicle left ovary one follicle but not given hcg.got period.march again letrozole no hcg shot again got period.she told willnot give hcg until 6cycles.went to another gynac on may given letrozole and menotropin inj.left ovary 2follicle 20×21 20×25.given hcg shot.ruptured.period got delayed.upt test +.early scan 6th week no heartbeat.after 2weeks 7thweek6day heartbeat heard178rpm.came back for ntscan at 12week but noheartbeat.missed abortion.told toabort.willIgetpregnantagain?throughfollicular
