Missed/late period cause
I have missed my period for first time in life. (Normally 28 day) Today I am 8 days late for my period. I never had penetrative sex and there has been no contact in last 2 cycles. Still I checked b hcg,on 5th day of missing period and it came negative. In november, a scan suggested PCOD (day 15) and showed no sign of ovulation but still i got periods on time. (Maybe anovulatory bleed) but 2 scans done in december showed normal study. Day 20 showed dominant follicle 23 mm in RO and 19 mm in LO ( no ovulation yet/delayed ovulation) Also my hypothyroid has converted to clinical hyperthyroid (checked this month, TSH reduced to -0.240 uIU/mL) This month I also did heavy workout in gym and I have been under moderate stress What can be the cause of missing period? Should i wait or go to a doctor?

You could wait for a week Relax , dont overburden yourself with all the information. PCOS is not a permanent disease, it is a hormonal imbalance, in case hormone messes up , then symptoms show up. So you must undergo tests for the diagnosis.
