What is blighted ovum?
Once my husband took me a 25 km ride on bike in 3 rd month of my pregnancy, is that a reason to my miscarriage and caused blighted ovum

When pregnancy is not detected on a scan, it is called blighted ovum. But it is definitely not due to the bike ride . Having said that, it is also not safe to travel far on bikes during pregnancy
