Miscarriage of 1 Month or Bad Pregnancy
Wife(31) had clotted bleeding with two masses of 2 -3 cm(white ) after 1 month of pregnancy. It started after she lifted heavy suitcase. After that she had bleeding and pain in abdomen and back. Her TVS Report Says(After Positive Urine Pregnancy):
Uterus is normal in size and is anteverted.
Myometrial echotexture is normal.
Endometrium is thickened meas with echogenic foci in endometrial cavity.
No evidence of intrauterine gestation sac noted.
No free fluid in pouch of Douglas.

Endometrial thickness is more means she should have Dialatation and curettage done for complete abortion otherwise her next pregnancythere might be affected and infertility can occur.
