About periods/miscarriage
My wife having an bleeding with clots and we are confused if this her regular periods or miscarriage because she tested positive in pregnancy also same time of bleeding. However we had sexual intercourse before the day of her bleeding, we were supposed to have this bleeding as periods because 7th was date of her periods in prev month and on 7th again she has bleeding.. but she is tested positive also... She is having messive pain in abdominal area and back. local gyene suggested methargine tab to take for cleaning of her clots

You didn't mention the dates when you had sexual intercourse on the earlier occasions. It is quite possible that she had conceived during the previous relationship .  No one can conceive by having sexual intercourse one day prior to the expected date of periods. The urine test is positive. Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area as soon as possible . I hope it is not an ectopic pregnancy.

Go for a blood test bhcg less than 100 is confirmatory for absence of pregnancy also you would require an ultrasound
