Miscarriage
I started bleeding from 3rd Jan
On 9th Jan I got a scan nd doctor gave a report as a miscarriage
Doctor didn't gave any medication on 9th jan,she asked me to let the body flush out naturally.
On 15th Jan I stopped bleeding completely.
On 27th Jan I got a scan again,and doctor told few remaining are there.She gave me cytolog200mg
I m having cytolog from 28th Jan twice a day,till today I m not bleeding at all
I have attached my latest report
Please help what should I do now.

Ur scan shows 13 mm ET with RPOCS . THAT means very less amount . So in 2 days spotting or very minimal amt of bleeding will occur. If it doesn't then revisit on Friday.

Retained products are still there with vascularity, better to go for evacuation manually

Volume of rpoc are not mentioned in this scan. If you don't have bleeding now you can wait for your periods. Volume of rpoc upto 5cc does not cause much problem and can be treated with medicine only
