Miscarriage at 17th week
Hi, my wife had miscarriage at 17th week. She had cervix length 2.5cm from 12th week and multiple subchorionic hematoma. Is both issues will reoccur in next pregnancy? What treatment required before/during next pregnancy?

If she has vaginal discharge, that needs to be treated otherwise these conditions don't tend to recurr per se.

If cervical length is short, cervical encirclage can be done during next pregnancy after nt nb scan. Sub chorionic bleeds do not recur in subsequent pregnancy unless she has any coagulation disorders.
