Hair fall treatment can be started only after analyzing the causes of the hair fall. Treatment cannot be started without such assessment. Kindly meet a dermatologist or plastic surgeon first.

If you have androgenic alopecia go for Minoxidil 5% it will definitely help you. But if you have any nonspecific hair loss go for a good hair serum or hair tincture. Dermaroller if used judiciously it's safe
