Minor food poisoning and gastritis
I puked thrice on Sunday and it went from orange to red, after Sunday I've been having this pukish feeling and almost everytime i burp a little puke comes up and goes back in and my stomach feels very wobbly, motion happens once in two days, I'm not allergic to any medicines, i intake cigarettes and alcohol too. Yesterday I got diagnosed with minor food poisioning and gastritis, she gave me emeset 8mg for 2 days and cap velozit for 7 days. I know it has been only one day since medication started but i don't see improvements.
Also, what exactly can I eat and for how long? What exactly should my diet include?

It could be an acute gastritis or reflux oesophagitis. Please continue with the same treatment. If you don't feel any relief in three days, you should seek consultation with a Gastroenterologist.
