Minimum fluid in intracavity-ET polypoid
Hi, my cousin recently had a miscarriage at 12weeks and post that she had a irregular bleeding and spotting in between and did not stop for more thag 20days. After ET scan the observations are "thickness 7.7mm with minimal intracavity fluid with focal polypoid towards right fundus measuring 7x5x6mm" is this a problem for future. There was no medication or advice prescribed, what has to be done for this please help

Yes . It is a polyp. It should be removed before planning for next pregnancy.

A polyp could be a reason for a first trimester miscarriage or simply could have added to any other significant cause.It can easily be removed using hysteroscopic guidance
