Milk teeth
My daughter is about to turn 6 years next month and 5 days back her upper middle thooth broke and yesterday the other upper middle thooth  broke. And her lower theeth is also shaking a little..is it normal that three theeths can break simultaneously..and how much time will it take the theeths to come .

The tooth shed for milk tooth starts at this age...so it's absolutely normal. The permanent tooth will soon erupt, no need to worry

Tooth breaking is not usually normal at any age, your daughter is at a perfect age where the milk teeth shed off and the permanent teeth try to erupt, the mobility of the lower and upper front is because of the root resorption of milk teeth
