Milk spitting
My newborn (23 days old) spits milk alot ( good amount 2/3 times) after every feed. instead of burping her well. what can be the reason?

It's normal in newborn to spit out a few amount of milk which can be most commonly due to overfeeding or improper burping. Make sure your are feeding your baby every 2-3 hourly and patting her on back ( for burping) atleast 8-10 min after each feed.
Next Steps
keep a watch on her milk that she spits out...whether it's fresh milk or curdy milk.
