Why do you think milk secretion will start in pregnancy? It starts after the birth of baby and with baby suckling only as that’s the stimulation for the hormone prolactin which causes milk synthesis

Yes this is normal. Milk secretion varies widely from women to women. In some women it may take upto 3 days post delivery for adequate milk secretion. In some women, secretion may start pre-delivery. So don't worry.

Yes, its completely ok if you haven't started having milk secretions close to delivery. Few do start secretions before delivery, however many start so only while they go through the delivery process or once baby starts feeding. It gets well established about 3 days post delivery. All such variations are normal.
