Milk secretion without pregnancy

I am 27 years old ..and recently since 1 month I am finding clear milk secretion from my left breast..When I was 20 years same thing happened but automatically it stopped..I am married but my sexual relationship is not that much active with my husband...So too much manipulation is not the cause in my case I think ..can uh tell me is it serious...it is happening from 4-5 ducts but from 1-2 duct it is more..some times it is coming out itself like 4-5 drops and some time after pressing nipple it is coming like 1 drop...For this to whom should I consult and is it a cause for breast
cancer??
